Welcome to this week’s Stamp With Us Challenge. Its sketch week and normally I love doing the sketch challenges but I found this one hard until I got going! The rest of the design team have made some stunning cards so make sure you check them out.
So here is the sketch
And my interpretation of it. One of the many things I love about Stampin’ Up! is how the ribbons coordinate properly with the card and the ink, before SU I hardly used ribbons as I could not find ones that matched well enough for my liking. This card plays with ribbons – a lot! In there you have the Chocolate Chip Double Stitched Ribbon, the Chocolate Chip 5/8 Grosgrain and More Mustard and Chocolate Chip ¼ Grosgrain. The card colours are More Mustard, Chocolate Chip and Natural Ivory.
The ¼ Grosgrain has been woven together – I really enjoyed doing this and love the textured look it gives. The flower was made using the More Mustard DSP and a scallop circle punch.
Hope you like it!

PS: Don’t forget to check back tomorrow for some very special birthday gifts from me to you .

PPS: I have just worked out that if you were to purchase all the items used to make this card from me you would qualify for a free bundle of ribbons (see the post below).
This is gorgeous Becky, love it.
