Happy Monday Everyone

Today I am going to share a card with you that was inspired by some of the things we saw and heard at the Stoke Goldington Steam Rally and Country Fair this weekend.

One of the display areas was World War 2 inspired – there were people dressed in period costume (all of whom looked amazing), including some members of dressed as the Home Guard a couple of whom even looked like they belonged as part of the TV cast of Dad’s Army.  There was also a replica Spitfire Plane. On Saturday there was a fly past by two real Spitfires, which sounded amazing (we were inside the Craft tent so could not see them).

Anyway they inspired me to reach for the Plane and Simple Stamp Set which landed with me recently.  I earnt this stamp set for free – Stampin’ Up! really know how to look after us! If you would like to know how you could earn lots of stamp sets for free email me bekka@feeling-crafty.co.uk.

Stampin' Up! Plane and Simple

I know the plane is older that the Spitfires but I still think it is as amazing.
