Find Out About Friday – How to make 5 Cards from one A4 Sheet of Stamped Paper

Today I am going to share one of my favourite techniques with you – making a collection of cards from one A4 sheet that you have stamped. It is called a 5 Card One Sheet Wonder.  It sounds a bit like a magic trick and in some ways it is!

From time to time we all need to make lots of cards in a hurry , or have a day where we just don’t feel creative and when I find myself in that position this is what I usually do.

Start by picking a stamp set – any stamp set will work, but my favourites for this technique are ones with solid images which look great in any orientation (think Circle Circus, Green House Garden, Vintage Vogue, and Cottage Garden to name but 4). For today’s example I have used the Strength and Hope Stamp Set (£1 from every sale of this stamp set goes to support Breast Cancer Research, if you would like to order it please email bekka@feeling-crafty.co.uk)

You then stamp the images in a selection of coordinating colours all over a sheet of A4 card. Here I have used Whisper White as my base. Keep the pattern random and totally fill the page.

Next using this template cut the stamped card stock and then assemble the cards using the pictures as a guide.

I have used Curly Cute to add sentiments and the colours I have used are Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive and Pacific Point.

You will end up with 3 of the first card and two of this second one.  Magic!

I hope you enjoy this 5 Card One Sheet Wonder.
