Find Out About Friday - Larger Embossing Folders from Stampin' Up!

I am very excited that tomorrow I am going to be able to share the new Autumn Winter Seasonal Catalogue from Stampin' Up! with you.  It is 40 pages of gorgeous products to boost your seasonal crafting and I know you are going to love it!

For this week's Find Out About Friday I am going to share something with you that you may not notice when you first browse the delicious pages!  I am sure you will notice the 3 fantastic new embossing folders - one of which is a pattern I have been wishing I had for the longest time.  What many not be immediately apparent is that as well as being beautiful designs they are also larger - now I can't show you the folders themselves just yet but I can show you what they do ...

On the left you have the impression from one of the new folders while on the right you have the impression from the Square Lattice Embossing folder which is currently available.  The new embossing folders emboss a larger area.  I have left a border around 3 of the sides so you can see I have not trimmed the edges of the embosses area

The Square Lattice Embossing Folder, like the others that are currently available give an embossed area measuring 10.5 cm x 14cm (4.1 inches x 5.5 inches)

The new Embossing Folderes give an embossed area measuring 10.5cm x 15.5 cm (4.1 inches x 6.1 inches)

This extra length is going to add hugely to the versatility of the Embossing Folders and give lots of new ways of using them.  With these new folders it will be possible to emboss the whole of the front of a standard A6 card, to emboss the whole width of a 6 inch square card as well as larger die cut shapes.

I am looking forward to exploring them further and being able to share all the details of the Autumn Winter Seasonal Catalogue with you tomorrow - so be sure to check back then
