Yesterday I promised to tell you more about the amazing Stampin' Up! Convention in Mainz. It was incredible and if you had 3 days I would tell you all about it - however you will be pleased to know that while this post will be picture heavy I am going to stick to just a few highlights.
On the first evening I had the chance to catch up with some friends and to attend the first ever European Silver 2 Reception. It was a lot of fun and I was thrilled to be able to share it with a couple of my team who had made it their goal last year to be able to attend this special event. Each of us were given a gift as we left. How beautiful did these look ...
And here is what was inside - two of my favourite things, a beautiful notebook and a fountain pen :-D
Convention opened with this fabby video with all the European Staff appearing on stage at the end and dancing.
This Convention we celebrated Stampin' Up!'s 5th Birthday in Europe. What an amazing five year's it has been for the company, the growth has been exponential and with all the wonderful things they have planned I am sure it will continue to be so.
We had lots of great presentations sharing information on the company's future direction, how to get the most from our businesses and lots of sneak peeks of upcoming products. I am not allowed to share those yet but I know you are going to love what we saw.
I am so proud of this wonderful lady - the lovely Becki who is one of my Stampin' Superstars - she gave an amazing presentation on the main stage which has inspired me with lots of ideas on using the beautiful Stampin' Up! fabrics so watch out for the return of Material Monday Posts
The awards night was incredible. I was both humbled and privileged to walk the stage 4 times and to be in the top 6 or 7 in the UK for every category - something I would not have achieved without each member of my lovely team and each one of my lovely customers. Thank you to each and every one of them and to all the other people who have supported, guided and inspired me along the way.
I was also pleased I managed to walk across in heels each time without falling over! However what made me most proud that evening was seeing our this
I am so proud of what Carole has achieved. Unfortunately Carole was not able to be in Germany with us, but she was still recognised and I suspect she could hear the cheer she got all the way back in the UK! After the ceremony there was a fantastic After Party with a live Band. They played all sorts of things and were totally Abbatastic!
As ever all the presenters and the whole team were brilliant and they all have to be one of my highlights!
This couple always inspire me and I love how even in the middle of everything they are so together.
And finally - here are just some of the goodies we were given - and there are more stamp sets than you can see, I just can't show you them yet. WOW how lucky do I feel - I can't wait to get them inky
It was a fantastic event and I am missing everyone already. I can't wait until the next one - and its going to be in
Yes really! In the UK!
