As we enter May I am hopeful that we will soon be enjoying sunny days, and when I dream of sunny days there is usually a deck chair involved somewhere and that what came to mind as I made the card I am going to show you today, even though as you can tell from the photos there was not a lot of sun around as I made it!
The lovely stripy background is from the Fresh Prints Paper Stack. The flowers are from the lovely Flower Shop Stamp Set and were punched out with the matching Pansy Punch. In the middle of each is a small scallop circle punched with the Itty Bitty Scallop Circle Punch and topped with a Rhinestone. The butterfly is from the Papillion Potpourri Stamp Set and was punched out with the Bitty Butterfly Punch and mounted onto a Silver Glimmer Paper Butterfly punched with the Elegant Butterfly Punch and topped with a Coordinating Melon Mambo Candy Dot. The greeting is from the Four You Stamp Set.
I hope today's card makes you think of summer and that that brings a smile to your face.
