A quick look in my diary today would tell you that I should be packing! And as I sit here in the cold I am pleased as I am going to be packing for Orlando, some time in the sun, and some time with an amazing group of people.
If when I joined Stampin' Up! that I would get the opportunity to travel to amazing places and to call so many inspiring people my friends I would not have believed you. I just joined to make my hobby cheaper. I was never going to do anything more with it, just get some products cheap and some guilt free crafting. If I got to make a few friends that would be a bonus.
Things did not work out like that for me.In the time I have been with Stampin' Up! I have made made more friends than I can count all of whom share my passion for pretty papers and for making things, some very local to me, some scattered all over the world.
I have also been able to travel to some amazing places, Prague, Vienna, The Caribbean, Utah, Germany, France lots of places in the UK and now Orlando, including an exclusive event at Disney.
And then there is the crafting - I get to have lots of wonderful stamps and papers etc most of which I earn for free.
I am kinda glad it did not work out how I expected!
