Scrapbook Saturday - A Special Weekend

Last year saw a number of special celebrations for my family and somewhat unusually for me I have finished scrapping the first of them well within a year of it actually happening!  Thank you Project Life by Stampin' Up!  Today I am going to share the first three pages of this section in my album and I will share the other three tomorrow.

I have used the Playground Card Collection and Accessories for these pages which may not seem the obvious choice for a 70th Birthday Celebration but I love the colour and how they make these photos really pop.

One of the things I am enjoying about Project Life by Stampin' Up!, apart from how quickly I can get pages done, is that I can keep adding to the pages and at the moment I have room to add more if I want to!

This page includes a little peek through to what follows - one of the pockets being filled with a decorated acetate sheet.  Let's have a look at the page without the one behind it so you can see it on a black background.

If you have photos you would like to get off your computer and into a book,or more photos than you think you will get round to scrapping, please check out Memory Keeping Monthly here.  If you are an experienced Scrapper this will be a great way to add more photos to your albums to complement and supplement your 12x12 pages.
