How to Punch a 3/4 Inch Banner with the Tripple Banner Punch

I think the Stampin' Up! Triple Banner Punch needs to be renamed - you can't just punch 3 sizes of card with it, you can punch four!  I love that with Stampin' Up! you get more than you expect and this punch is the same - as well as punching the advertised 1, 1 1/2 and 2 inch banners you can also easily line up and punch 3/4 inch strips.  For this week's Find Out About Friday I would like to show you how.

If you take a close look at your punch, where you put your card in you will see a short groove on either side of the bottom of the slot designed for a 1 inch strip.

The gap between those two grooves is 3/4 inch - so you can use it to line up and punch a perfect 3/4 inch banner end.  Once you line up your card I would suggest you keep a finger on it to stop it slipping.

A couple of weeks ago I shared how to measure your card to know how long your finished banners would be.  So here are the measurements for a 3/4 inch strip.
