Hello December Project Life Advent Calendar

This year I thought I was not going to do an Advent Calendar - I wanted to mark the countdown to Christmas in a more meaningful way than with a sweet a day.  I planned to do a December Daily album and combine my festive preparations with as many random acts of kindness as I could.  Then lunchtime yesterday inspiration struck and I changed my mind. I love the deliberate act of opening something every day and wanted to make sure I stayed on track with everything I plan to do this month.

This was the resulting advent calendar.  24 envelopes, one for each day, each containing a journalling card with prompt for something festive or an idea for a random act of kindness. Thank goodness for my Envelope Punch Board

Some of the beautiful cards from the Hello December Kit, like these went in as they were since to me they ready to go, and some were placed in strategic days where I know certain things are going to happen.

By the end of my lunch time it was ready to go!  I am excited about this advent calendar as the cards will come out of the envelopes and be ready to go straight into my December Daily Album.  Maybe this year I will actually finish it!
