I have been rather inspired by something the lovely Shannon West from the Stampin' Up! Home Office posted on Facebook. I was so inspired by this amazing and thoughtful lady from the first time I met her and the post just reinforced to me how awesome she is.
Let me explain a little - I love that Facebook allows me to easily wish my friends Happy Birthday and even reminds me what day to do it on. But it does not feel as special as I would like people to feel on their birthdays! I don't think I am alone in feeling that but Shannon's post does something about it.
Shannon offered to send anyone who commented on her a birthday card, she said that she thinks that Facebook has ruined birthday cards and that she was using them to start a campaign to bring back birthday cards.
If you would like a birthday card from me this year just email bekka@feeling-crafty.co.uk Please put Birthday Cards in the subject line and then your birthday and full postal address in the email. I can't promise it will arrive on exactly the right day!
