It has been a while since I got good and inky and made a Bokeh Background Card. They are a lot of fun to do and I love the unpredictable and beautiful look you end up with.
Having made the background I just stamped my greeting right over the top and added a little sparkle - card done!
The gorgeous big thank you stamp on this card is one of the stamp sets that is on the Stampin' Up!
