When is a Balloon Not A Balloon - When It Is A Flower

When I was stamping with a friend last week she challenged me to stamp a card with flowers on.  Since the lovely Balloon Celebration Stamp Set was on my desk I decided to see if I could do something with that.  What do you think?

I have used the small balloons to make the petals of the flowers.  They are stuck on a circle of card before being attached to the card so that I could give the card some dimension and so that it was easier to construct the flower.

I love how the balloon bases make little dandelion spores floating in the background - they just make me happy!

I love how versatile this stamp set is and once it is on my desk the only thing that gets it put away is the need to use the desk for something else!  Do you have stamp sets like that?  If you would like to give this one a go, be warned it is hard to put away but can be yours by clicking shop now or on its picture below.

Happy Stampin'
