This stylish congratulations card was sent to one of the lovely ladies who took advantage of the wonderful joining offer from Stampin' Up! She grabbed two wonderful new stamp sets in addition to her regular bespoke starter kit.
I used the wonderful Floral Phrases Stamp Set to create this card, I love the different elements in the set and how pretty these flowers looked when stamped off (the stamp was inked and then stamped onto some scrap paper before being stamped onto the card).
