Today I thought I would share a card which sums up how I feel about Autumn. I am loving seeing the wonderful colours of the leaves at the moment - each one differnt and beautiful in it's own way so I thought I would try and recreate that with this card.
There are a few different ways that you can create multi coloured images with one stamp and I thought I would share with you this easy and mess free way.
I used three colours on my leaves, so used three ink pads and two sponge daubers. Ink your stamp with the lightest colour ink (here I used Crushed Curry) then using daubers add your two darker colours.
The key is to not think about it too much and just see what happens. After I had stamped on my card I stamped again a couple of times on some scrap paper so that when I reinked in my lightest colour there was no contamination on my ink pad - you could also clean your stamp using the Stampin' Scrub.
I hope you enjoy having a go at this technique
Happy Stampin'
