I don't know about you but I love when the blossoms appear on the trees as we go into early summer (and yes I am hopeful that the beautiful weather will be back for good soon!) I love how pretty the flowers are against the sky and as soon as I saw the Colourful Season Suite I knew I wanted to try and recreate it.
I used the Shimmery White Card Stock for the background which is a watercolour mix with Pool Party and Marina Mist Inks. The shimmer comes through the colour giving a very pretty effect.
The flowers were cut using the matching fies and then lightly coloured with Blushing Bride and a little bit of Berry Burst before the Blushing Bride dried fully.
And the lovely greeting on the card makes it suitable for any occasion, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, new babies and even just because cards.
