A Team Engagement!

My wonderful team of Stampin' Up! Super Stars had some lovely new this week - two of them got engaged!  I am so excited for Emma and Dan, they are a lovely couple and I am sure this is just the start of their amazing adventures together. Today I am going to show you the card I made for them.

This pretty card features lot of different things!  The Hardwood Stamp was stamped in Crumb Cake on Very Vanilla Card.  It has been mounted onto a Pool Party Layer that was embossed with the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder and which then had Pool Party Ink dragged over the top.  I used the 2.5 inch circle punch to cut the aperture which was then decorated in with Pink Pirouette Flowers punched with the Boho Blossoms Punch.  The central hearts were punched with the Full Heart Punch and mounted on a Starburst which was embossed with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder.  The greeting is from Delightful Dozen and was cut out with the Modern Label Punch and layered over Crochet Trim and Pink Pirouette Ribbon.  All that was needed then were a few pearls to finish it off.

Find Out About Friday - How To Make Perfectly Curved Ends To Your Paper Bunting

Since sharing this Attic Boutique Bunting Card earlier this week I have had several email asking me how I got the curved ends to the flags, so for this week's Find Out About Friday I thought I would show you my quick and easy method for getting these perfect rounded ends to my bunting.
Attic Boutique Bunting Card with how to make rounded ends to the bunting

All you will need is a strip of card or paper and the Full Heart Punch (Item Number 119883) from Stampin' Up!
How to make perfectly curved ends to paper bunting and flags

Cut your strip of paper to be slightly longer than you want your finished piece of bunting to be and to your desired width.  The place it into the punch as shown below, taking care to center it before you punch.

When you punch you will have bunting / flags with perfectly rounded curves.

All that is left to do is to enjoy making your bunting and flags!
