Welcome to day 2 of Cupcake Week and today I want to know what is your favourite cupcake? Are you a chocolate with chocolate icing kinda person, or do you prefer a subtle lemon or vanilla with delicate iced patterns on top!
Today I am going to share a project with you that the budding Mary Berry's among you will want! A Recipe Tin to keep your favourite cupcake recipes in.
Inside and outside the tin are decorated with papers from the Domestic Goddess Paper Collection and I have of course used the gorgeous Create a Cupcake Stamp set.
Now given we are having a themed week I think a prize is in order ... All you have to do is to comment on one or more Cupcake Week posts and for each comment you will be entered into a draw and at the end of the week one lucky person will win a kit to make their own recipe tin. I will draw the winner on Monday of next week. Please note that I can only post the kit within the UK, I would however still love to hear from those of you who live further afield.
So get commenting for your chance to win - why not let me know what your favourite kind of cupcake is?
Happy Stampin'

Love what you've done with the tin Bekka

I think my favorite cupcakes have to be oldfashioned butterfly cakes, with my grandmother's buttercream icing. But running them a close second is a vanilla cupcake with melted cadbury's chocolate for icing. Yummy! And I know I already have a tin, but that's earmarked for my daughter and I would so like one of my own.
My ABSOLUTE Fave cupcake is a Snickerdoodle with meringue frosting and a dusting of cinnamon. mmmmm!
All kinds of cupcakes get my vote but if I had to choose only one then it would be a red velvet cupcake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
Mmmmmmm.... better go and do some baking now you've made me hungry.
Love the tin by the way
this would make a lovely gift - and have to say that I actually prefer muffins to cupcakes - but would have to choose mocha cupcakes
Mmmm cake, cupcakes, chocolate... love them all :) any type and any flavour LOL. Love the tin and the way you have decorated it - gorgeous colours, so bright and fresh to inspire you to start baking :) Annie
Love the tin and such a practical present! I make ginger cupcakes with a lemon cream cheese frosting - especially good at Christmas - but my current batch are a particularly delicious chocolate muffin filled with a chocolate fondant icing. Fabulous when warmed in the microwave!
