Yes just one day to go until the New Stampin’ Up! Catalogue – I hope you are as excited as I am about it.
Check back here tomorrow to see an electronic copy of the catalogue and if you want to paper copy of your own drop me an email bekka@feeling-crafty.co.uk and we can make the arrangements. I charge the reduced price of £4.50 and include a voucher for the value of the catalogue with your first order over £50.
So here is your last sneaky peak from the catalogue ...
I have again used the lovely Garden Dreams Hostess Set – to get this stamp set you will need to host a party with qualifying sales – something I would be happy to help you with! I adore this set.
Here I have coloured one of the beautiful flowers with inks from my Stampin’ Up! Ink Pads and a dry paint brush – I love how the colours blend so softly when you use this technique. Thank you Katy for asking if it would work with the SU Ink Pads!
Here I have used Pretty In Pink and Almost Amethyst card and ink teamed with Sage Shadow. I will certainly be colouring this way again but may invest in a better paint brush!
Thanks for stopping by and I will see you tomorrow with the new catalogue!

Here I have stamped the image three times in Basic Grey and coloured them with Regal Rose and tempting Turquoise Watercolour Wonder crayons and a blender pen. The sentiment is from Pocket Silhouettes and is stamped in Regal Rose
How cute is this bird? The base image was coloured with Stampin’ Up! Markers in Chocolate Chip, Old Olive and Summer Sun. The bird was then re stamped in Chocolate Chip and embossed with clear embossing powder and cut out and layered on top of the original image. A wing stamped in Summer Sun was added on top of that. The background was stamped using two other stamps from this set. I have not really used Summer Sun much before but love how its adds some zing to this card. You are going to be seeing a lot more Summer Sun over the next few days and weeks! Now how to get the weather to play along ...

This was made using the New Level 3 Hostess Set Garden Dreams – a wonderful two step stampin set with some totally scrummy images. Here the large solid flower from the set has been stamped in Pale Plum and Perfect Plum using the rock and roll technique. The centres were restamped using Perfect Plum and layered on top. The adorable Humming Bird was stamped in Sage Shaddow. I love this stamp set.
I hope you have enjoyed this sneaky peak – I will be back with another tomorrow as part of my final countdown

Just a quick reminder that the Stamp It Your Way class is this Saturday, I do still have a couple of places available if you would like to come, and that I will be at the MaKe Show in Milton Keynes on Sunday. Let me know if you want more details about these.
I decided to take the shapes, patterns and colours of the quilt as the basis for my patchwork card. The colours I have used are Rose Red, Green Galore, Pumpkin Pie and Tempting Turquoise.

October 3rd is World Card Making Day and to celebrate I will be holding a party at Chews House in Dunstable. Everyone is welcome, drop in anytime between 10.30 and 4.30 for a cup of tea or coffee, a chat, to make a card, maybe win a prize and how could I forget – look at the new Stampin’ Up! Catalogue! If you RSVP before 20 September there will be a free goodie bag waiting for you when you arrive.
The stamp sets used are Loads of Love and the Loads of Love Accessories. These were some of the first Stampin’ Up! Stamp sets I owned and they have been neglected for far too long! Here I have teamed them with papers from the Rainbow Sherbet Designer Paper Pack. I love the colours and patterns in this pack and am sad that they are on the Last Chance List – so if you want some hurry and place your order (
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a lucky Sunday. My OH has been nominated for an award for a play he was in recently – he finds out today if he has won – I am very proud of him and am wishing him lots of luck for that. Who do you want to be lucky today?

The stamp sets are Petal Pizzazz, Scratched and Fresh Cuts. Both the Petal Pizzazz and Fres Cuts Stamps are in the current mini catalogue. I know this week I have been telling you about the retired list from Stampin’ Up! but I should also remind you that the Mini Catalogue also runs out at the end of this month. A few of the stamps may make it into the new catalogue but many wont so if there is something in the Mini catalogue that you want you only have until the end of this month to order it, so be sure to let me have your order as soon as possible.
