The ink in the distressing ink spots take longer to dry so are designed to be rubbed over paper, blended with water and used direct, or with the flat stamp. This creates a wonderful aged look.
The sanding block, emery boards and precision files can be used to make your project look even more aged or can be used to smooth the edges of paper adhered to chipboard.
