*** Please note that there are currently some technical difficulties with the system and until these have been resolved the links in this post have been deactivated.  If you wish to place an order please email bekka@feeling-crafty.co.uk ***

One of the questions I get asked most often is 'Can I Order Stampin' Up! Products on line?'  Up until now the answer has always been kind of!

I am very excited to be able to tell you that from today yes you can order on line!

What you need to do is follow this link and set up your account.  You will be asked to fill in your details and then you will be ready to shop and to benefit from membership of my Customer Club.  I am always very grateful for your orders and the opportunity to share what I love with you.

Here are the answers to some questions you may have

1.  Will it cost me more to order on line?
No it won't.  The products will cost the same as they do when you order them through me.

2.  How will post and packing work?
Post and packing will work the same way as it does now.  If when you order on line you order for the goods to be delivered direct to you there will be a post and packing charge of £4.95 regardless of the size of your order.  When you order on line you will also be able to order for collection from me.  If you want to do this I will provide you with a code you use to add things to the order that is coming to me for delivery.  The current order code and order date will be displayed on here

3.  Can I still order by phoning or emailing you?
Of course you can - on line ordering is an additional way to order giving you additional options.  I will still be available by phone and email - and know we will all still chat!  I would miss talking to you all otherwise!

4. Will you still be doing Parties and Classes?
Absolutely!  Parties and Classes are so much fun and you will still be able to order at them.  They also give you the chance to try the product before you buy and to get hints and tips on how to get the most from your products.

5. Will I still get the same special offers and rewards when I order on line?
Yes you will.  You will be shown the latest offers when you order and if your order goes over £150 you will earn Stampin Rewards to spend on additional products.  Additionally when you order with me you will benefit from all the rewards of the Feeling Crafty Customer Club - exclusive offers, monthly prize draw, regular newsletters, first access to catalogue launches etc

6.  Will you still benefit from my orders?
I will still benefit from your orders IF you select me as your Demonstrator when you set up your account or follow this link to set your account up, so please do!  It is your orders and the benefits I get from them which allow me to offer the things I offer to you.

7.  How exactly do I set up an account with you?
It is really very easy.  Follow this link. On the first screen you see you will be asked to fill in your email address, create a password and then fill in your name, address and phone number. Once you have done that you will be able to start shopping.

8. What should I do if I have any quesions?
You can still contact me in the usual ways - email bekka@feeling-crafty.co.uk or via my facebook page here.  You can also phone me on 07990 837 990

I hope you find this additional service beneficial and if you have any questions about it please just ask.  You will also notice  that I will be making a few changes to my web site over the next few weeks and I will keep you posted on how those progress!

To thank those who do set up and on line account with me, if you place your first order before the end of June you will be entered into an exclusive prize draw.

Happy Stampin' (and shopping!)
