Scrapbook Saturday - A Scrapbook Start Point using Happy Watercolor Papers from Stampin' Up!

Today I am going to share a soft and subtle Scrapbooking Start Point with you featuring the Happy Watercolor Papers from Stampin' Up!  I love these papers and who they can both pack a colour punch or give you something pretty and soft like today's Scrapbook Startpoint.

This page features mixes scraps of the coloured papers with some of the pretty Smoky Slate and Whisper White Polka Dot Paper.  The Photo and it's Smoky Slate mount are attached on three sides using Stampin' Dimensionals allowing the journalling tag, punched with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch, to slide in and out.  The tag is decorated with a butterfly punched using the Elegant Butterfly Punch.

I plan to add a black and white photo to this page.
