For a while now I have been taking a photo a day as a way of keeping a journal and many days I use Instagram to take those photos, and I love it as it is so fun to use. However it does not always make it easy to scrap those photos, so today I am going to share a couple of ways I use my Instagram Photos in my Project Life by Stampin' Up! Pages - and my secret weapon is My Digital Studio!
I print almost all of my photos in 6x4 inches using a Canon Selphy Printer - its great but I need to be able to resize my Instagram photos to print square on it. This is very easily done in MDS by creating a custom sized page that is 6x4 inches and then importing the photos into that, getting them the size I want to print them and then exporting them as a jpeg ready to print. The Instagram Photos are then ready to slip straight into the square pockets on some of the pages.
This is also a great way to print 3x4 photo - just arrange two pictures side by side on your page and when you print they will be the right size.
Now you can of course take this to the next level using the Digital Project Life Downloads and today I am going to show you three pictures I made like this - ready to be printed out an slipped straight into my album.
These pages use the Everyday Adventure Digital Kit
and to show you its not just flowers I take photos of ...
I hope you found today's tips useful - if you would like to download a free 30 day trial of My Digital Studio you can do so here, or if you would rather jump in and get the full version you can do so here for just £13.95 I am finding it a really useful along side my Project Life by Stampin' Up! albums.
Happy Stampin'
