Have I mentioned that I am in love with the gorgeous balloons in the Balloon Builder Stamp Set? If not I'm sorry I really should have done.
This pretty bunch of spring coloured balloons just makes my heart happy and on a cold day like today that is important!
I have used the coordinating punch so its easy to build this bunch of balloons up.
And I am loving how easy it is to cut out banners with the new framelit die too.
I hope the recipient of this card likes it too!
