Bright Rainbow Birthday Card

August is Birthday central round here and the month when I send more birthday cards than any other! So Fast & Fabulous Birthday Cards are a must for me this month and I thought today I would share one of the ones I have already sent (OK so I made four, so should that be one of the four I have already sent?) 

The fun background was stamped using the large swipe from the Work of Art Stamp Set and the spats were created with my aqua painter.

After I had die cut the greeting I coloured it with the Wink Of Stella pen to add a little shimmer - after all birthdays should come with added shine!

Stampin' Up! UK Training Swaps featuring the Timeless Textures Stamp Set

It is strange to think that just a week ago I was waking up in a snowy Telford and then enjoying a wonderful day of inspiration with about 400 Stampin' Up! Friends.  We had an amazing day and one of the ways we shared inspiration was by swapping things that we had made.  I chose to make this card as my swap, it would be great to send for just about any occasion.

Very unusually for me there were no butterflies - something that got a lot of comments!  People know me so well, but I wanted to use a rather neglected punch and add flowers instead.
