Cupcake Week meets Find Out About Friday - When is a Cupcake Not a Cupcake?

Hello welcome to this special Cupcake Week Find Out About Friday - all week I have been featuring the wonderful Create a Cupcake Stamp and matching Cupcake Punch.  Today is the last post for Cupcake Week so make sure you have entered the free give away - the details are here.

Today we are going to discover that the Create a Cupcake Set is not just about the Cupcakes!  Now it may surprise you to hear me say that but the Create a Cupcake Stamp Set and Matching Cupcake Punch are, like most of Stampin' Up!'s products, very versatile.  As well as creating what ever kind of cupcake you can imagine you can use them to make many other things.

Here is a reference sheet I put together showing some of the non cupcake things you can do with this punch and stamp set.

You can punch a cute Cherry Boarder, you can make a basket full of cherries (or if you changed the colour - apples), you can make a tub of flowers, clouds for the sky, a cute little handbag and even ice creams!    You could also make a tub of pop corn for a cinema themed invitation ... the possibilities are endless even before you consider that the individual stamps all make great backgrounds in their own right.

To show you how you could use any of these on a card here is a summery card with not one but three ice creams - and if that does not get your mouth watering nothing will!

Cupcake Week! Vintage Inspired Cupcakes

Goodness its Day 4 of Cupcake Week already!  So far I have shared a pretty Handbag Full of Cards, a Recipe Tin (with a chance to win a kit to make your own!) and a Pop Up Birthday Card, all featuring the wonderful Create a Cupcake Stamp Set and matching Cupcake Punch.

Today I am going to show you a different style of Cupcake Card - one inspired by a more vintage style. If you look very closely you will see I have scored the Cupcake Cases which were punched from Beau Chateaux Papers, to give them that authentic look.

This card was created for one of the wonderful members of my team who recently celebrated her birthday.  I love that I have met so many wonderful people through my business.  I have worked in many industries and with a large number of companies and the genuine friendships I have made in this business are second to none, many companies say it, but people really are at the heart of Stampin' Up!  When I go and share my love of crafting with others, supported by the wonderful Stampin' Up! products, as well as making money I have made wonderful friends.  If you would like to experience this for yourself please email bekka@feeling-crafty.co.uk and lets chat.

Cupcake Week! How Many Cupcakes?

Hello and welcome to day 3 of Cupcake Week where we are featuring the wonderful Create A Cupcake Stamp Set and matching Cupcake Punch.  One of the lovely sentiments in the set reads 'It's not about how many candles you blow out but how many cupcakes you get' which got me wondering - how many cupcakes should someone get?

I came to the conclusion that this is one of those occasions where more is more!  

And since to really celebrate you probably will have friends round too, so when you open the card

I love this Create A Cupcake Stamp Set and when I was making this card I particularly loved its matching Cupcake Punch - I don't want to think about how long it would have taken me to cut out all the bases and all the toppings by hand!

Cupcake Week! Win a Recipe Tin Kit ...

Welcome to day 2 of Cupcake Week and today I want to know what is your favourite cupcake?  Are you a chocolate with chocolate icing kinda person, or do you prefer a subtle lemon or vanilla with delicate iced patterns on top!

Today I am going to share a project with you that the budding Mary Berry's among you will want!  A Recipe Tin to keep your favourite cupcake recipes in.

Inside and outside the tin are decorated with papers from the Domestic Goddess Paper Collection and I have of course used the gorgeous Create a Cupcake Stamp set.
