MDS Monday - When Posting A Card Is Not An Option!

Sometimes I find I want to send a card by actually posting one is not an option, maybe because the person you want to send it to is travelling, or lives abroad or maybe you only have their email address - well for me in circumstances like those it is MDS to the rescue!

Today I am going to share a birthday card for a lovely friend who lives away from home a lot, and who loves both coffee and cats!
