Recently I was asked how I decided if I was going to use an Aqua Painter or a Blender Pen when I colour with my Stampin' Up! Ink Pads and it's a great question. Sometimes it depends on the effect I want to get and if I am being honest it sometimes depends on which one I pick up first!
Both give wonderful finishes so to try and show the difference the lovely lady who asked the question and I sat down and made three cards - all the same apart from how we coloured the flowers.
This is the one coloured with the Aqua Painter on Shimmery White Card
This one was coloured with the Blender Pen again on Shimmery White Card
and this final one was coloured with the Aqua Painter onto Watercolour Paper.
It was fun making these cards as we could really concerntrate on the colouring and lets face it we all love to colour!
If you would like more information on any of the techniques we have used for these cards, or any other aspect of paper crafting please just ask and I will do my best to answer.
Happy Stampin'
