I love the cute owl in the Howl-o-ween Treat stamp set - totally adorable!
I know he was designed for Halloween projects but I think he can be used for so many more occasions than that and the card I am sharing today would make a lovely card to send an owl lover for any reason.
In fact as we speak this card is winging its way to someone I know loves owls, just to say hello.
