What It Might Be Like If HRH Kate Middleton the Duchess of Cambridge Used Project Life By Stampin' Up!

When I was telling a friend about the competition I launched last week giving everyone the chance to win a hand made album of their baby's first year she said wouldn't it be funny if Kate Middleton entered and sent you those adorable photos they have just released.  I replied that if you thought a small earthquake caused by me falling off my chair in shock was funny - then yes!

It did however get me wondering what it would be like if she did - so I had a little play!

As I did I found myself thinking that she would probably love Project Life by Stampin' Up!, we know she has a wonderful eye for detail and for coordination - just look at the gorgeous outfits in these photos.  

Talking of which she obviously likes taking photo of her children too!

One For The Boys - Guy Greetings

Are you looking for a fast and fun card you can make for the men in your life - maybe for a birthday or even for Father's Day (which is on 21 June)?  Well today I have a card which is both fun to make and I hope you will agree, great to get.

I have made this one up as a birthday card but it would be easy to swap the Happy Birthday greeting for the Happy Father's Day greeting from the same stamp set - Guy Greetings from Stampin' Up! UK.

Father's Day Card Made Easy With Guy Greetings From Stampin' Up! UK

Father's day is two week's today so if you have not yet done so there is still time to organise something very special for the fathers in your life.  Even if the father concerned (like mine) does not like a fuss being made it a hug in an envelope is always appreciated.  

Many of you tell me that you find making cards for me hard and I think sometimes we all do., but as ever having the right thing to hand makes the job much easier.  I reached for the wonderful Guy Greetings Stamp Set and before I knew it I had not only this card but several birthday cards too!

Competition Time - Hello Baby Girl, Hello Baby Boy

For this week's Scrapbook Saturday I want to show you two short videos featuring some adorable new Project Life Products.  They are designed for capturing the wonderful moments of a baby's first year and are going to make preserving those precious memories so quick and easy - oh and they are themselves adorable!

There are two versions, here is Hello Baby Girl

and here is Hello Baby Boy

As well as being ideal for a new Mum, they would be great for people playing catch up, new grandma's and proud aunts too.  

I may not have a baby of my own but I am looking forward to creating with these and that is where the competition comes in!  

The winner will have an album created for them featuring the photos of their little one over the next year.  Each month they will send me a copies of their favourite photos of their precious bundle and a few notes about the photos.  The pages I make will be featured here on the blog before being posted back to them to keep in their album.  I will also make copies of some of the pages to show others what they could create.

Win Stampin' Up! Goodies on Pinterest

Stampin' Up! UK have just launched a competition on Pinterest and it is open to everyone!  You could be one of three lucky winners just by creating a board on Pinterest and pinning pictures of what inspires you and what you have created!  Sounds like a lot of fun to me :-)
