We woke to beautiful sunshine, and following a wonderful breakfast we were taken to the incredible Schonbrunn Palace. It is the most beautiful of places and I could quite happily have spent days exploring.
We took the Imperial Tour and got a glimpse of imperial life as we viewed the state rooms of Franz Joseph and Sissi. I would love to share some of the things we saw with you but we were not allowed to take photos. I felt so inspired by everything I saw I just hope I can remember it all.
After the tour we walked to one end of the grounds
Past this train
Where we went to Strudel School! Here are Shelli and Sterling getting ready to make their Strudels
The laughter started when we arrived and continued all through our Strudel making.
While our Strudels were baking we toured the Carriage Museum and got a little time in the beautiful gardens
with a chance to enjoy the sunshine.
I would love to tell you this is what my Strudel looked like
But since this what ours looked like I think I will stick with Stamping - the Strudel makers jobs are safe for now!
I think even Stampin' Up! over estimate my baking abilities as our pillow gift was a beautiful Oven Glove and Cloth from the delicious Twitterpated Fabrics.
That evening we went for a traditional dinner with many of the other UK Demonstators and their partners - we had a great time chatting - so much so I forgot to take any photos!
Check back tomorrow for the next installment of this exciting adventure
Happy Stampin'
