As part of this month's Card Making Class which featured the Happy Day Stamp Set we made this Christmas Card.
I really enjoyed making a Christmas Card from a stamp set you would not normally associate with Christmas and the beautiful round medallion from the Happy Day Set made this easy and fun.
The background was created by embossing a piece of Very Vanilla Card Stock with the Northern Flurries Embossing Folder and then dragging the Gold Metallic Ink Pad across the top. The baubles are stamped in Cherry Cobbler and punched using the Christmas Ornament Punch and then the 3/4 inch Circle Punch. The Champaign Glimmer Paper layer was punched with the Mosaic Punch. This was then all layered onto a Cherry Cobbler card and a Gumball Green base.
Happy Day is also the stamp set featured in this month's Stamp of the Month Club - you can find out more about that here and it is not too late to join in for the month, get this stamp set and three completed cards with instructions.
