Scrapbooking the Weather

The weather here continues to be very unpredictable and not that like summer. I thought I would share a page with you that helps me to remember the weather could be a lot worse!

In February of last year I went to Washington and got caught in some of the worst blizzards that they have had in a long time. Everything was shut, all the museums, the shops, all the government departments and the monuments. Well everything except Starbucks. So I braved the weather and walked the two blocks to sit and enjoy a coffee.

I did not envy this chap in this photo – clearing the snow was a thankless task!

Stampin' Up! Scrapbook Page
I have stamped the snowflakes from Serene Snowflakes in Whisper White onto a Crumb Cake base. The papers are from the Level 1 Hostess Pack. I have then spritzed the whole thing with Frost White Shimmer Paint and added a few Rhinestones!

Hopefully the summer weather will be back soon
