Today I am going to share some Halloween Treats featuring the cute little bat from that adorable Googly Ghouls Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!
These little treat bags each contain some Cadbury Goo Eggs and have been decorated using the Exclusive Stampin' Up! Top Note Die, and the tags from the Ghoulish Googlies Designer Kit. The kit also contains the wonderful googlie eyes!
The Striped Satin Ribbon add a finishing touch
